I can help with a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, bereavement, managing anger and relationships. I provide a warm, safe and supportive environment which helps you to find the answers you are looking for. I listen to what you say to find out how things are from your perspective. I will always be confidential, respectful and work in your best interests. I counsel face to face, online and by telephone, to fit in with your lifestyle.

About me and my practice

I specialise in anxiety, depression and exam issues having gained many years of experience through working as a teacher in special needs schools and as a counsellor. I can also help with family relationships, male issues, anger, stress, lack of confidence and bereavement.

I am a non-judgemental, respectful counsellor for people of all races, religions and sexualities. I make sure that you feel safe and happy to move forward with confidence. It is hard to make that first move, but I am sure you won't regret it. I offer help at either location in Hedge End, by telephone or online. I hope to hear from you soon.

Fees

Counselling sessions for individuals are for 50 minutes and cost £55 per session. Couples sessions are for 60 minutes and cost £65. I offer a reduced rate of £45 per 50 minute session for students.
Payment can be made by bank transfer in advance of the appointment or by cash at the time of your appointment.

You do not need to commit to a particular number of sessions or a particular frequency, the choice is yours.
